The central element of the Seacare OHS Strategy is the establishment of OHS improvement targets for the Australian maritime industry. The Seacare OHS Strategy adopts OHS improvement targets for the Seacare scheme consistent with the National OHS Strategy 2002-12 endorsed by Workplace Relations Ministers' Council in May 2002.
