INDEXATION - INCREASE IN BENEFITS FROM 1 JULY 1995
In accordance with section 23 of the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992, the statutory benefits listed below will increase with effect from 1 July 1995. The increase is 2.5%.
