Notice 06/2011 released
This notice informs stakeholders that edition 2.1 of the ‘Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment’ (the Guide) will replace the second edition of the Guide for assessing permanent impairment and non-economic loss made under sections 39, 40 and 41 of the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992. Edition 2.1 of the Guide comes into effect from 1 December 2011.
