More than 100 members of the Australian maritime industry gathered in Melbourne on Thursday, 3 April 2003 for the inaugural Seacare Authority Sea Safe-Work Awards and Maritime Industry OHS Conference.

The Awards were presented at the Melbourne Aquarium by the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, the Hon Tony Abbott MP.
