Seacare Annual Reports
The Seacare Authority is required by section 125A of the Seafarers Act and section 114(1) of the OHS(MI) Act to report to the Minster and the Australian Parliament. The Seacare Annual Report primarily reports on the Authority's operations during the financial and compares performance with previous years. The Annual Report is usually tabled in Parliament in about October and circulated in about November of each year.
The Seacare Annual Report includes a Chairperson's Report, scheme performance data, report on the performance of statutory functions and operations, report on the Seafarers Safety Net Fund and the Financial Statements for the year.
