Administrative Appeals Tribunal guidance

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Guide to the Workers' Compensation Jurisdiction  [link]  provides information about how the Tribunal will review decisions made under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992.  This guidance applies to all applications lodged throughout Australia on and from 30 April 2007.
