Accessibility

For: Claimants Employers and managers Service providers Advocates Information seekers

We continuously review our website to make it better for everyone who uses it. This includes making it easier for people with disabilities to use.

Current level of accessibility

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) explain what web designers and developers need to do make websites easier to use for people with disabilities. There are three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Our website meets some of the WCAG 2.1 to Level AA. This means that while parts of our website meet accessibility standards, some content may not fully meet these standards yet.
