Amended Seacare s20A Exemption Guidelines now in effect

On 3 June 2025, the Seacare Authority sought feedback from Seacare Scheme Stakeholders on proposed amendments to the s20A Exemption guidelines. After consideration of the feedback, at its 4 September 2025 meeting the Seacare Authority endorsed the amendments.
