New Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment – Edition 3.0 under the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992 in effect.
The Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment – Edition 2.1 (Guide) under the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992 (Seafarers Act) has now expired.
Decision makers should now refer to the Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment - Edition 3.0 when assessing claims for permanent impairment and non-economic loss received from 1 April 2023.
